Citi cardholders will be able to access the platform through Citi's website or mobile app. It's easy to look for possible bookings because the platform is easy to use. Since this is a Citi product, cardholders will be able to book travel with Citi's ThankYou Points, any Citi credit card that earns ThankYou points, or a combination of the two. And cardholders will have access to customer service 24/7 if they need help with their bookings, whether they are making them or are already on their trip. Many cardholders probably use the portal to book with points, but there's also a good reason to use the portal to book with credit cards. From the time the portal goes live until the end of 2023, cardmembers who book hotels, car rentals, or certain experiences through Citi Travel will get more points than usual.

On these purchases, travelers with Citi Prestige and Citi Premier cards will get 10X ThankYou points, while those with ThankYou Preferred and Rewards+ cards will get 5X ThankYou points.
