Xfinity customers who wish to cancel their Peacock premium membership can do so on the Xfinity main page by selecting “Manage My Subscription” and following the on-screen instructions.
Alternatively, you can use your remote to access your subscription information by pressing the Info button. If you are already a subscriber to the Peacock Premium, you will be able to see an option to Unsubscribe from the Peacock Premium on the left-hand side.
You will be able to cancel your Peacock Premium Subscription on Xfinity from there (peacock tv xfinity).
