This type uses high hardness special copper alloy which is more than 34HRC hardness, and has excellent abrasion resistance. Lubricating ability and heat conductivity of copper alloy reduces the evolution of heat, and prevents seizing due to unbalanced load.
As this type is heat treated product, the change of inner diameter due to shock or press fit is equivalent to steel. Lubricating ability unique to cast iron prevents guide seizing due to oil film shortage.
Molybdenum disulfide (MoS2) is used as solid lubricant, and low cost is achieved due to the change from precision honing which is used for precision type to grinding.
