I've been
RuneScape gold away from RS for around 3 years now, and am seeking to come back. I've been studying up on lots of the newest updates that were released while I have been away, and am starting to figure things out, marginally. I realised Double Wielding has been released, and had some questions. Previously when I was playing, I utilized an Abyssal Whip & a Dragon Defender. Seeing as Dual Wielding has been published, I had been wondering whether it'd be better to use an offhand weapon as opposed to the Defender. Which brings me to my second query.
Which offhand weapon should I use if Dual Wielding? I guessed the Abyssal Whip offhand duplicate I would not be able to get at the moment, as I lacked the required skills. I figured either a Dragon Scimitar or even a Dragon Dagger would be greatest, but then again I could be entirely wrong. The reason why I ask is because having checked Runescape Wiki, it says the Dagger & Scimitar possess exactly the same harm (576) and Accuracy (1132). So down it to you deciding which you prefer the looks of something else? I noticed the Dagger is actually much cheaper though, so I was wondering why you'd pick the Dagger within the Scimitar. Thanks guys.
I know I ask a good deal of questions, but I am back again! I've just levelled to 70 defence; essentially, my strategy is to level the three melee skills to 70, then 75 before taking a rest. Now I'm at 70 Def, there are more choices when it comes to armour. More specifically, I am thinking of shifting my entire body armour. Right now I'm using a Granite Body and in all honesty I am not much of a fan of it, but it will get the job done I guess.
What I'm actually asking is Barrows armour value it for training? I'm not the richest (now got only about 1.2m) and it sounds a small waste to me to keep repairing it when I don't PK or anything like that. Or can it be worth investing in Verac's Brassard for instance? Barrows armor is pretty great, nearly sure it weighs a
cheap OSRS gold ton less compared to granite, and some of it has fairly good Prayer bonuses (not that you would need that).
