We provide the practice interviews and referral job offer on basis of it. User can signup in two ways as a candidate or as a interviewer:

Candidate Side: 1. Candidates who want job, will register in our platform after choosing the plan either Free,Basic,Standard o Premium with meniontioning his/her skills.

Then Candidate can schedule the interview by mentionting the subject and the date i.e on which date candidate want interview to be schedule in the dashboard.

we are providing the signup code to each candidate once login, so if candidate promoto other candidates to join out platform with Basic, Standard or premium plan then we are offering 40INR to first candidate(who has referred).

Interview Phase:

1. User who register as a interviewer will also land to the interviewer dashboard.
2. In the interviewer dashboard he/she will get the request from candidate(i.e candidate will schedule the interview so that request will come to interviewer dahsboard).
3. Interviewer take the interview and if he/she(inetrviewer) will refer the candidate in his/her company and if he got selected then interview will be rewarded.
4. We have also the same sign up promotion for interviewer also.
