The only reason I am in a position to say this is what it is from Weismart's blog

It should be noted that characters have been shared between them as PSO2 Meseta well - you'll be able to use them in both PSO2 and NG. How are personalities shared, exactly? If"character development won't last over", that seems like you may have a character with the identical title in both games, but I would not predict that shared. That is exactly what they said. I'm presuming you get to maintain your character name, appearance, weapons, units, and mag. They have not mentioned anything about makeup yet that has some people worried.

The only reason I am in a position to say this is what it is, is because during the first CBT on xbox insiders they had a very wonky translation when employing a ticket which said something along the lines of"Are you certain you want to enroll this data?" My friends & I have been making"enroll that data" jokes anytime one of us gets a cosmetic we wanted. Shit like..."Oh, you better go register that info." So I'm 98% sure this is what they mean when they state registered information, which would mean all those people trying to hoard cosmetic tickets in the hopes of selling them NGS won't function as only registered things will transfer over.

So that means outerwear and outfits won't move? That's still a huge fuck you to NA players who spent money and no one must scratch anymore to be fair... We do know we can bring over weapons and units, so they can handle outfits/outerwear the same manner. We do see older Ash running around with his previous outfit in the trailer. The footage they showed of this Placeholder Otherwise called Ash has him wearing his signature default Close Quarters outfit. It is still no difficult affirmation, but technically that'd mean he took him to NGS. FWIW that ensemble is also available as basewear in JP so it's even more unclear... but yeah I'd wager a good 10k meseta on outfits and outerwear additionally moving. This way the game has the main core aspects players anticipate but is new and fresh at the exact same time. I believe that it's still going to be instanced rather than open world. Gameplay shown so far has shown 8 participant instance maxes. This would not break current AI systems, thinking about the current AI only follow your path or teleport to you if they have stuck. The world is huge and open, but everything outside of cities was instanced. The world is open and huge, but everything out of cities was instanced. They watered down the scaling to a formulation and changed a bunch of classes but now that it's gone I always want to play with it.

I'd love Dragon's Dogma Online-styled experiences in Phantasy Star if since it gives us a reason to buy Phantasy Star Online 2 Meseta explore the planet (or at least rapid travel to it to hop in and outside ) and to have a challenge with all the directors and enemies.
